Dylan Moreland is a recurring character in seasons three and six of The L Word. She is portrayed by Alexandra Hedison and debuts in "Light My Fire".
Dylan is a filmmaker who is deep in the closet. She and her boyfriend Danny Wilson plot to scam Helena Peabody of millions of dollars. They succeed but Dylan realizes she is in love with Helena. Dylan eventually comes out as a lesbian and tries to make amends with Helena. She succeeds and they become lovers again.
